What's more, the double-ended pencil has an in-built smudger to effortlessly diffuse the pigment for your most sultry smoulder yet. The ultra-soft texture sweeps over your lids without tugging or skipping to give you unparalleled control over your creations. Going on with a velvety finish, it sets into a waterproof block of colour that boasts impressive, crease-free staying power. This is very creamy, it transfers a lot, if you have hooded eyes be aware. Also it is perfect for smudging in lashline fir a nice and elegant smokey eye.

Disappointing shade
While I think VB does the best pencil liner on the market, this particular shade was a fail. It wasnt sparkly enough, tone a bit too deep.

Best kajal in the market!
I am obsessed with VB eyeliners, they are so creamy, you can smudge them if you want, they are so flexible on how to use them, the colors are amazing!!!!

Great for allergic eyes
I have very sensitive eyes and this pencil does not irritate them. Also I love its softness and the way how it glides over the eyelid. The payoff is perfect and it is possible to smudge the pencil to a smoke. It does not disappear from my eyes during the day, but I always use eyeshadows. If you would use it over the naked eyelid, it would erase fast. For me this is the best pencil, I have Cocoa and Sea Grey shades and want olive and bronze. Can't wait for restock!

Disappointed
I am so disappointed with this eyeliner, it is very soft and transfers. Colour is not as hoped either, quite dull. ÂI feel I have wasted my money.

Sooo disappointed
Heard great things about these eyeliners and wanted them primarily for tight lining the upper water line. ÂThey are very easy to apply and as many of the other reviewers have said smudged and transferred everywhere. ÂHaven’t had that in any of my previous (and much cheaper eyeliners). Certainly not helpful for people wanting to get out the door quickly in the morning as had to remove the smudges with a cotton bud and then use a neutral liner on the bottom lid. ÂFirst full day out wearing the eyeliner and have returned with panda eyes. ÂI bought the set as have some girlfriends who would have appreciated them as stocking fillers. ÂNot going to give them a gift I don’t think is very good though so am stuck with them. ÂHuge waste of money.Â
